These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Zovent, a sole proprietorship registered under Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-MP-38-0046416, owned by Nikhil Dubey.

By accessing or using our website, mobile applications, APIs, or any services provided by Zovent (collectively, "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Eligibility

To use Zovent Services, you must meet the following eligibility criteria:

Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.
Reside in a jurisdiction where our Services are legally available.
Not have been previously suspended or removed from Zovent Services.

Acceptance: Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of these Terms as a binding legal agreement.

2. User Accounts & Security

To access certain features, you must create a Zovent account:

Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
Keep your account information updated.
Log out from shared or public devices.

Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

3. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

Zovent retains all rights, title, and interest in:

All software, APIs, source code, and algorithms.
Website design, graphics, logos, and trademarks.
All data, content, and materials provided through the Services.
Proprietary technology and business methods.

Limited License: Subject to these Terms, Zovent grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for permitted business purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Engage in illegal activities or violate applicable laws.
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools without permission.
Copy, reverse engineer, or decompile our software.
Overload, disrupt, or interfere with Service functionality.
Harass, defame, or impersonate other users.

5. Payments & Billing

All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.

You are responsible for all applicable taxes.

Late payments may result in service suspension.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Zovent Services are provided "as is" without warranties.
No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
Maximum liability limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

7. Termination & Suspension

Zovent may terminate or suspend your access to the Services:

Immediately for violation of these Terms.
For non-payment of fees.
At our sole discretion with prior notice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rewa, Madhya Pradesh, India.
